Sweet Glazed Jerk Chicken:

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Dilly's Sweet Jerk Glaze Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are almost fully cooked through.
4. Brush the chicken breasts with Dilly's Sweet Jerk Glaze Sauce, then continue to grill for another 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the glaze is caramelized and the chicken is fully cooked.
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve hot.

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Dilly's Sweet Jerk Glaze Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Optional: chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the salmon fillets with Dilly's Sweet Jerk Glaze Sauce, coating them evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked
through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired and serve hot.

- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Optional: lime wedges for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. Thread the shrimp onto the soaked bamboo skewers, dividing them evenly.
4. Brush the shrimp skewers with Dilly's Sweet Jerk Glaze Sauce, coating them evenly.
5. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
